Programs
Eligibility
Applicants for services must meet the Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS) eligibility criteria which include:
- Legally blind (visual acuity of 20/200 in the better eye)
- Legally deaf or have a hearing impairment that affects speech
- One or more disabling conditions that impairs ability to function
- Meet criteria for Medicaid Eligibility
- Be a United States Citizen

Admission
Referrals to HandsOn are made through the Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS). For more information or to be put on the deaf-blind waiting list, please contact:
